CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM BADGE? 

At this time, I do not make custom badges. But, I am open to seeing which speciality you are interested in and seeing how much that speciality is need at the frontlines. I try my best to cover as many specialties as I can, but there are some badges that have the same information covered on other badges. 

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED? 

Returns are not accepted. All sales are final. 

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?

Kindly note that I fulfill orders as soon as possible and I may not be able to update your order upon request.

Every order has a tracking number attached in the confirmation email! 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

As of right now, we are only shipping here in the United States and Puerto Rico.  Due to COVID-19, international orders have been put on hold. 

WHY USE BADGES WHEN THERE ARE MEDICAL INTERPRETERS AVAILABLE? 

MedLuna badges are intended to be a temporary fix until a medical interpreter comes to the rescue. There are some things that are not covered on the badges, but it covers the basics and has "yes" or "no" questions to make sure both parties are able to understand each other. 

DO YOU MAKE HORIZONTAL BADGES?

I do not make vertical badges. I have tried before, and they do not fit as much information as the verical ones do. I do not plan on making some in the future.
