When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at medlunaandco@gmail.com.

Do you offer custom scrub caps?

At this time, we do not offer custom or personalized scrub caps. All designs are released as part of our curated collections.

What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Once a package is marked as delivered, it is the responsibility of United States Postal Service.
We recommend contacting USPS directly and filing a claim for further assistance.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled if they have not yet been fulfilled. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Why does my item look slightly different from the product photo?

All items are handmade, and fabric is cut from larger prints. This means pattern placement may vary, making each piece unique while helping reduce fabric waste.

How do I care for my scrub caps and headbands?

We recommend:

  • Machine wash cold
  • Gentle cycle
  • Air dry or tumble dry low
    Avoid high heat to maintain the shape and quality of the fabric.

Do you offer refunds for damaged items?

We do not offer refunds for items damaged due to improper care or washing. Please follow the care instructions provided.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping times and costs vary depending on location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If returned to us, a reshipping fee will apply.

Do your headbands and scrub caps fit all head sizes?

Our products are designed to fit most head sizes comfortably with adjustable or stretch features for a secure, flexible fit.
