Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Med Luna & Co., we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade products. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Handmade Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect handmade item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at medlunaandco@gmail.com. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a resolution.
This includes items such as scrub caps, headbands, badge reels, cosmetic bags, laptop bags, lunch bags, and other handmade products.

Medical Spanish Products

All Medical Spanish products (including pocketbooks, badges, and digital materials) are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Scrub Caps & Headbands Care Policy

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or washing. Please follow the care instructions provided on our website and product packaging, as items damaged this way are not eligible for replacement or refund.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure timely shipping.

  • Changes or cancellations can only be made if your order has not yet been fulfilled
  • Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make updates or cancellations

To request a change, email medlunaandco@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Disclaimer

Once a package has been shipped, it is handled by the postal carrier (USPS). Med Luna & Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

  • USPS delays or errors
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as “delivered.”
  • PO box delivery issues
  • Weather or unforeseen carrier disruptions

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting USPS directly and opening a claim.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your package is lost or marked delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please file a claim with United States Postal Service
  • We are unable to replace or refund orders once they are in the carrier’s possession

 

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipping fee

International Shipping

We offer international shipping; however:

  • Delivery times and fees vary by destination
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
