Returns are not accepted and sales are final. All handmade products are not eligible for returns. If there is a problem with your handmade product, please email us at email@example.com
If there is a legitimate problem with the order, then a return case can be opened.
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Items are shipped after processing (5-7 business days) using United States Postal Service. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Every order comes with a tracking number.
